You can easily take photos with your phone and send them to me via email. Once I receive them, I will start working on your personalized analysis!

The processing time is up to 5 business days from the moment I receive a complete set of correctly taken photos and necessary information from you. I make every effort to ensure your e-book reaches you as soon as possible!

You will receive a comprehensive, clear guide created specifically for you in PDF format. Everything you will find in it is provided in the product description "Online Color Analysis".

Your privacy is my priority. The photos you send are used solely for the purpose of your analysis. I never publish clients' images (e.g., on social media or in my portfolio) without their prior, explicit consent.

Due to the nature of my products and services, refunds are not possible once implementation has begun:

• Online color analysis is a personalized service, created from scratch individually for you based on your photos, which is why it is not subject to withdrawal from the contract.
• Standard e-books are digital content - once they are delivered instantly, the right to a refund expires.
